Copyright Policy & DMCA Compliance

Pursuant to our Terms of Use, PornFaucet.com respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. As a content indexing platform, we do not host videos directly, but rather link to content hosted by third-party websites. Nevertheless, we take copyright infringement seriously and have policies in place to respond to legitimate complaints.

Respect for Intellectual Property

You may not post or submit links that infringe the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any party. PornFaucet may, at its sole discretion, remove any links or metadata that we reasonably believe to violate the intellectual property rights of others. Users who repeatedly submit or associate with infringing content may be banned or have their access revoked.

Repeat Infringer Policy

PornFaucet enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. Any user or contributor associated with three valid and good-faith copyright complaints within a one-month period will have their privileges on the site permanently revoked.

DMCA Compliance Statement

We voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that a link on our site leads to material that infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated agent.

All DMCA notices should be directed to: copyright@pornfaucet.com

Filing a DMCA Notice

To be effective under the law, your DMCA notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. (Include URLs or other identifiers where possible.)

  2. A description of the allegedly infringing material and the exact link (URL) where it appears on PornFaucet.

  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by you, your agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content or submission was wrongly removed in response to a DMCA notification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent, which must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location (URL) before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the British Virgin Islands, your jurisdiction, and that of the alleged copyright holder.

  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the copyright owner or their authorized agent.

PornFaucet reserves the right to ignore notices or counter-notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not compliant with applicable laws.
